DOPEST Song of the Week: "Fix Me" by Gnarlah

Gnarlah are a three piece Alternative Rock band formed in Brighton, U.K. in 2018 by Ren Woods (lead vocals/guitar), Travis Powers (Bass/backing vocals) and Jacob Andrews (Drums).

With influences ranging from the driving rhythmic nature of Demob Happy and Biffy Clyro to the vocal versatility and range of Audioslave and Muse, Gnarlah have been raised around all variety of rock. They have brought together their experience to form a fresh new sound ready for the next generation of heavy music with catchy hooks. With lyrics under lining issues with modern society, particularly with regard to the unanticipated consequences of new ideologies surrounding technology.

The band has just released a riffy new tune entitled “Fix Me”, which has been designated as our DOPEST Song of the Week. Produced by Ally Jowett and recorded at Brighton Electric, “Fix Me” is Gnarlah’s 4th single, following the song “Slave”, which was featured on six Spotify editorial playlists including Walk Like a Badass, The Rock List, and New Mmusic Friday UK.
