21-year-old singer, songwriter, and producer Wade Hampton recently released the official music video for his latest single “U Feel Like.” The visual, which was directed by VSZN, stars Olympic Gold Medalist and social media sensation McKayla Maroney.
According to wade the visual captures his personality’s biggest downfall: materialism. He says, “The opening shot reveals that what’s coming next is an alternate reality, illustrated by the camera’s static entrance into the vintage TV. I sought to create a storyline that would depict possessions and arrogance as a temporary source of happiness. After watching a short film on an idealistic fantasy life, the viewer is pulled back into the real world.”
