Sydney Rapper J.P. Shines on His New Track "Mind Right", Featuring Demian Benz
Sydney based rap artist J.P. returns to DCWS with his brand new track “Mind Right”, which is a single off his upcoming album “Over”, due for release the first half of 2021. The track is a blend of modern day rap with that old school production element to it with the classic Nas sample, and features Demian Benz, also from Sydney.
Speaking about the “Mind Right” release, J.P. says, “I tried to blend our styles together in 2020. It’s been a challenging year and a lot of people have been impacted mentally. I really tried to give the message of self confidence and not worried about losing people that aren’t on the same path as you. Having a healthy mind state and that self belief will take you through life’s hurdles.”
