Vocal/production-duo Grey is back with their latest slice of pop perfection “For The Night” – an anthemic banger with glistening pop melodies designed to encapsulate the feeling of being young forever. LA-based brothers Kyle and Michael Trewartha create a melancholic atmosphere that pulls you into every beat of the song. “We might not always know how we’re getting by that don’t mean we’re broken up inside // One day we’ll live it up in the higher life but till we get there we’re living for the night” is the chorus amplified by a pumping baseline and lyrics that’ll have you singing with chest. From the very first opening bars, the club-ready track meshes simmering rhythms and thundering choruses, laid over an infectious electro-pop undercurrent.

Talking on the track, the formidable double act says: “This song just makes us so happy. It reminds us of being young, broke, and carefree, running around doing whatever made us happy during the day excited for what each night will bring. The feeling of driving down pch with your friends screaming at the top of your lungs. Having no responsibilities, not caught up in drugs or the stress of being an adult, just living. Everyone wants to go back to that time and this song takes us there.” No matter what age you are, “For The Night” will inspire you to live in the moment and stomp carelessly on the quarantine dance floor. With this euphoric tune marking their second release of the year, we are eager to see what else the production pair has in store.
